Tyres for mobile excavators & MPT tyres

Aeolus has recently introduced a number of new OTR tyres. Aeolus will also come up with a number of new product releases in the last quarter of this year and the first quarter of 2025. This concerns tyres for wheel loaders, dump trucks as well as for mobile excavators and MPT tyres, which will of course also be available via Heuver Tyres.

Aeolus AX-1 EXCAVATOR

Already in 2022, Aeolus successfully introduced the AX-1 EXCAVATOR for mobile excavators. The AX-1 EXCAVATOR is available as 315/70R22.5 for dual mounting, without the use of spacers and with a reinforced sidewall for extra protection against impacts. In combination with its open pattern, this tyre offers a lot of traction and stability.

 

Aeolus AX-2 EXCAVATOR

At the beginning of 2025, Aeolus will also launch the AX-2 EXCAVATOR on the market to supplement its range of tyres for mobile excavators. Just like the AX-1 EXCAVATOR, this tyre will be offered in size 315/70R22.5 and is suitable for dual mounting, without the use of spacers and with a reinforced sidewall. Thanks to its robust pattern, the AX-2 EXCAVATOR offers a high degree of traction and extra protection against impacts and is therefore extremely suitable for heavy-duty applications.

 

Aeolus AEX-5 EXCAVATOR

In Q4 of 2024, Aeolus will launch the new AEX-5 EXCAVATOR in size 290/90-20 for the European market, after having first extensively tested this tyre in its factory. This is a new cross-ply tyre for dual mounting, without the use of spacers. The cross-ply casing construction of the tyre gives the machine even more stability during work. In addition, it will become a real counterpart to the tyres that are already offered by competing brands in 290/90-20.

 

Aeolus AMP213

As a renowned manufacturer of Off-Highway Tyres (OHT), MPT tyres should not be missing from the Aeolus range. That is why it is launching a completely new line of tyres for small compact wheel loaders in the form of the AMP213. The AMP213 has an open block pattern, which provides a lot of traction and at the same time has good self-cleaning ability. The AMP213 will initially be available as a 405/70R18 and a 405/70R20 version. In the long term, the range will be supplemented with the sizes 335/80R18, 335/80R20, 365/70R18 and 365/80R20.
