Tyres for articulated and rigid dump trucks

Aeolus has recently introduced a number of new OTR tyres. Aeolus will also come up with a number of new product releases in the last quarter of this year and the first quarter of 2025. This concerns tyres for wheel loaders, dump trucks as well as for mobile excavators and MPT tyres, which will of course also be available via Heuver Tyres.

 

 

Tyres for articulated and rigid dump trucks

Aeolus AE415 (E4R)

The 24.00R35 Aeolus AE415 has been available since the end of last year. This tyre for rigid dumpers has a closed pattern and is therefore suitable for extreme applications where the risk of collisions is high. During various tests, this tyre has shown excellent results compared to comparable tyres from other manufacturers. Currently available as a variant with a *2 star casing, Aeolus will soon also come with a *3 star casing version.

 

Aeolus AE417 (E4T)

The new AE417 replaces the existing AE47. This tyre is suitable for articulated dumpers and, compared to its predecessor, the size range has been expanded with the larger sizes. The AE417 is not only available in 23.5R25, 26.5R25 and 29.5R25, but also as 875/65R29 and 33.25R29. The pattern is similar to the Bridgestone VLTS. In size 875/65R29, the AE417 is already mounted on the Develon/Hyundai DA45-7 / HA45-7 in the original equipment market (OEM). Because this is officially an E4/L4 tyre, the AE417 can - in addition to dumpers - also be mounted on wheel loaders; a trend that we are increasingly seeing within the OTR tyre segment.

 

Aeolus AE419 (E4T)

The new AEOLUS AE419 for rigid dumpers is the replacement for the AE45 and AE46. Compared to its predecessors, the AE419 has more tread depth, which provides improved traction. This tyre has also shown good results in initial tests and is already available in size 24.00R35 with a *2 star casing. The AE419 will also be launched on the market with an extra strong *3 star casing in sizes 24.00R35 and 27.00R49.
